Mariner

The partners of Wiebe Hinton Hambalek, LLP are proud to announce our new business relationship with Mariner.

Certain professionals of Wiebe Hinton Hambalek are also registered with Mariner Wealth as Investment Adviser Representatives (“IARs”). These professionals may refer clients to Mariner for investment advisory services. Wiebe Hinton Hambalek is not owned, controlled by, or affiliated with Mariner.

Mariner compensates these IARs for client referrals by sharing a portion of the advisory fees paid by referred clients. This arrangement creates a conflict of interest because the referring professional has a financial incentive to recommend Mariner over other investment advisers.

Mariner Wealth is an SEC-registered investment adviser. “Mariner” is a marketing name used by Mariner Wealth. Please see Mariner’s Form ADV Part 2A on the Investment Adviser Public Disclosure website (www.adviserinfo.sec.gov) for more information about its services and fees.
