We are happy to share that an anonymous donor has honored Robert Wiebe’s legacy with a $50,000 donation to establish the Robert Wiebe Accounting Scholarship at the Craig School of Business at California State University Fresno.
The fund is open to additional contributions in memory of Robert and to help grow the local accounting field in our region. As many are looking for year-end charitable giving opportunities, we hope you will consider this fund as a potential recipient. The Fresno State Foundation is a 501(c)3 and all donations are tax deductible.
It will benefit two students annually–junior or senior accounting majors with a GPA of 2.7 or higher will each be awarded $5,000.
The anonymous donor made the gift through the Central Valley Community Foundation who presented the donation, alongside members of the firm and the Fresno County Economic Development Corporation President, Lee Ann Eager to Fresno State Craig School of Business Dean, Dr. Julie Olson-Buchanan.
